DESCRIPTION: The project consists of twenty-eight industrial facilities including Office, Laboratory and ancillary buildings. ECOBUILD was appointed to develop the sustainable design supervise construction; witness the commissioning consultancy, and simulate the energy and modeling aspect of the project. At the early stages Estidama requirements and applied many strategies to reduce the energy consumption of the project including the use of renewable energy in order to meet the Green Building Criteria.
